BEHAVIORAL MOMENTUM

A hypothesis to do with behaviour over time. The harder it is to stop or restrict an activity or behaviour the greater its behavioural momentum.

BEHAVIORAL MOMENTUM: "Quiting smoking is full of behavioural momentum and is hard to stop."
