BORG SCALE

One of 2 scales used to measure sensation and experience intensity. This enables to compare them across tasks and people. The RPE scale measures exertion rate for physical work and the CR10 scale measures the magnitude of sensations such as noise, pain etc. Developed by Swede Gunnar Borg.
