ACTIVITY LOG

a journal managed by a study supervisor or the study's volunteers used on an hourly basis for operations in numerous surroundings- typically contains information pertaining to the place of the volunteers according to the time in which the study is completed, such as at their house, at their place of work, or elsewhere, and whether or not the time is used by yourself or with spouse and children members, buddies, or work colleagues- a way of getting a list of activities that is better than interviews formulated upon a volunteer's memory.
