MEDICAL MODEL

is a term in psychology which is the view that abnormal behaviour is the result of physical problems and should be treated medically.

MEDICAL MODEL: "Medical models allow medical researchers primarily to apply treatments to models such as mouse models allowing them to predict certain outcomes."
