BEHAVIORAL COACHING

n. a process in which a client is taught, trained, and guided towards learning a new behavior. The role of the coach is to facilitate thinking such that the client succeeds in changing a behavior which would otherwise prevent him or her from achieving the goal of personal growth or career advancement.
