ACTION ORIENTATION

a style of replying to challenges or disputes that is classified by fast, definitive procedure instead of by extended examination and designing.

ACTION ORIENTATION: "Action orientation is a skill not possessed by all, and is required for many occupations such as being an emergency room physician- such persons have to think on their feet and act accordingly."
