AUDIBLE THOUGHT

a type of auditory hallucination in which one hears one's own thoughts or core beliefs - as if they were projected by an inner voice.

AUDIBLE THOUGHT: "A person hearing an audible thought in their own head may hear a thought spoken in their own voice."
