BARGAINING

n. an attempt between two parties to agree on terms and to resolve conflict. In the process,limited resources are traded in exchange for a particular benefit- v. to negotiate terms and arrive at a mutual agreement.

BARGAINING: "Ideally, a collective bargaining agreement helps settle the dispute between employers and employees."
