CATEGORY-SYSTEM METHOD

n. any method or system of classification whose criteria involve the use of structured (categorical) and observable (empirical) measures which can be sorted out as elements of data. Thus, these elements can further be classified into categories. See symlog. Also interaction-process analysis.
