CEBOCEPHALY

n. a congenital defect in which there is a physical deformity of the head. It manifests as monkey-like facial features, a small to absent nose, and eyes abnormally set close to each other. The condition is often associated with a chromosomal anomaly (trisomy) in Chromosome 13.
