CONSUMER PSYCHOLOGY

the department of psychology concerned with people's behavior as customers and with the methods of communicating data to impact customer choices when buying a company's product or service. Consumer psychologists examine the causes of cognitive procedures that stimulate the customer's behavior with regard to not-for-profit and for-profit advertising and promotion.
