EYE-MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION THERAPY

was first developed by U.S. psychologist Francine Shapiro, in the 1980s, which aimed to reduce the emotional impact and trauma caused to individual's associated with anxiety, nightmares and other neurological episodes.
