GIGANTISM

This term applies to an abnormally large body size due to excessive secretion of growth hormone by the pituitary gland: the term is sometimes applied to individuals more than 205 cm (81 in) in height. See acromegaly.

GIGANTISM: "Joe's cousin had gigantism and was 210cm tall."
