GRANDMOTHER HYPOTHESIS

Proposition that is based on evolutionary theory where the contribution of grandparents , mainly grandmothers, to the care of their grandchildren has been a factor in extending the human life span.

GRANDMOTHER HYPOTHESIS: "Grandmother hypothesis looks at the effects of being a grandmother has on their lifespan."
