MESOLIMBIC SYSTEM

is a network of neurons sensitive to dopamine in the brain which receives stimuli from the ventral tec, mental area and has been linked to human emotion.

MESOLIMBIC SYSTEM: "Consisting of a range of neuronal structures, the mesolimbic system is made up of primarily dopaminergic neurons."
