MICROCEPHALY

is the inverse condition of macrocephaly where the head of an infant or human being is abnormally small in comparison to other limbs and the rest of the individuals body.

MICROCEPHALY: "Microcephaly is the formation of abnormally small limbs out of proportion with other limbs."
