MISCEGENATION

is a typically historic term used to describe the marriage, sexual activity or reproduction among individuals who are of different ethnicities. This term was primarily used when the ethnicities were highlighted with a difference in skin colour.

MISCEGENATION: "An historic term which described the marriage of individuals within a certain race or ethnicity was miscegenation."
