is the ability to classify and categorize multiple characteristics at any one time, for example a traffic light could be classed as rectangular whilst being called multi-coloured.

MULTIPLE CLASSIFICATION: "Classifying an object, creature or 'thing' in more than one dimension, such as both colour and their shape is otherwise known as multiple classification."
