MUSTURBATION

first proposed by U.S. psychotherapist Albert Ellis (1913 - ), musturbation is the tendency for an individual to meet often perfectionist and difficult targets before achieving success, approval, or comfort with their work.

MUSTURBATION: "Individuals who display traits of musturbation are often also classed as perfectionists."
