NEGATIVE

in the context of linguistics, the use of negative can be used to form an assertive sentence structure or even affirmitive sentence structure. Negatives are formed using either not or no in Modern English.

NEGATIVE: "An example of a negative is: NO, there is NO more newspapers available to purchase."
