NOMOTHETIC SCORE

is a scale which is known to all those who participate, such as a test of general intelligence where the scores are compared within the group tested.

NOMOTHETIC SCORE: "Common scores which are taken from a group in a study and then compared within the group are classed as nomothetic scores."
