OBJECTIVE SELF-AWARENESS

a reflective condition of consciousness wherein an individual regards their self in an unbiased way, recognizing individual restrictions and the present disparity between the optimum self and the authentic self. Unbiased self-awareness is frequently a mandatory component of self-regulation.
