The renal illnesses or dysfunctions consist of acidosis, hypophosphatemia, and extra amino acids in the urine. Neurological deficits vary from absence-of-brain irregularities to hydrocephalus and cerebral atrophy. Commonly referred to as Lowe's illness- Lowe's syndrome- of Lowe.
