PARAPHASIA

a talking disruption marked by the utilization of inaccurate, skewed, or improper terms, that in some scenarios appear to be like the accurate word in sound or connotation and in other scenarios are not relevant or sensical at all.

PARAPHASIA: "It is possible, but not likely, that she will outgrow the paraphasia."
