PERFORMANCE REVIEW

an official appraisal of a worker's task performance, commonly performed by their supervisor annually, at the minimum. The assessment might be in the framework of a quantitative scoring or a more subjective appraisal and generally consists of feedback to the worker. Commonly referred to as performance appraisal- performance evaluation- or performance assessment.
