PHIMOSIS

noun. a condition, birth-related or acquired, wherein the foreskin of the penis can't be pulled back over the glans. The acquired type is generally because of an infection or swelling. Phimosis might be fixed via circumcision. The condition is a common complication of STD's.

PHIMOSIS: "He was diagnosed this morning with a condition the doctor called phimosis."
