PLANNED PARENTHOOD FEDERATION OF AMERICA (PPFA)

an establishment which encourages full reproductive and complementary medical services- advocates public policy which guarantees everyone has such services available and the rights and privacy of people utilizing such services- and supports technology and further research in reproductive health care, in addition to education on the sexuality of human beings. Previously recognized as the American Birth Control League, the establishment took on its present name in 1942.
