PORPHYRIA

a metabolic disorder consisting of the secretion of too much or irregular porphyrins in the urine. The acute intermittent type is marked by abdominal pain, queasiness, weakness or paralysis of the limbs, and psychiatric indicators, like irritability, depression, agitation, emotional labiality, and delirium.
