PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS

A judgment of program effectiveness comes from any conclusions drawn about the outcome of the program by testing an intervention executed in context of a routine service delivery.

PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS: "The program effectiveness was deemed to be disappointing after careful examination of the results."
