PSYCHIC REALITY

A reality internalized and based on fantasy, wish, fear, memories and anticipation. The psychic reality is internal, whereas external reality is comprised of actual, physical events.

PSYCHIC REALITY: "A patient's psychic reality is often much more pleasurable than the reality of the world."
