PSYCHOCUTANEOUS DISORDER

A skin condition that may have a psychological origin or may be aggravated by psychological factors. In some cases an existing skin disease may be made worse by psychological factors. In others, particularly adolescents, skin disorders may be a cause of stress themselves.
