PSYCHOLINGUISTICS

The use of formal language modes to delve into the use of language and its accompanying cognitive processes. Noam Chomsky is best known to use psycholinguistics to predict the ability and capacity of children to acquire language and for adults to comprehend it. Psycholinguistics is therefore differentiated from the psychology of language.
