PSYCHOLOGICAL TREATMENT

Treatments and education designed to increase a client's adaptability and independent function. Such treatments could include psychotherapy, clinical intervention and behavior modification. Psychological treatment should only be provided by highly trained professional using a wide assortment of diverse theoretical and technical approaches to the ultimate goal of mental health.
