PTOSIS

A dropping of an organ or body part. Ptosis refers especially the "drooping" of the eyelid; a symptom characteristic of muscle nerve damage or a condition such as myasthenia gravis.

PTOSIS: "The Ptosis was quite pronounced on the patient's left eye."
