QUOTIENT HYPOTHESIS

The hypothesis that suggests quotients or ratios of two consecutive difference thresholds in a given series are equal. It is an adaption of Weber's law.

QUOTIENT HYPOTHESIS: "Miranda worked on the quotient hypothesis during her first semester in college."
