REFRACTORY PHASE

The recovery phase following orgasm, during which sexual arousal or orgasm is impossible. Only pertains to male responses, as females can attain immediate additional arousal and multiple orgasms.

REFRACTORY PHASE: "The refractory phase increases in length as males age."
