SELF-ACTUALIZATION

The realisation of what you are capable of. Also called self-realisation. See humanistic psychology; Maslow's Motivational Hierarchy. By doing this, one is unable to know what he or she can do or what they cannot.

SELF-ACTUALIZATION: "Joe used self-actualisation techniques to reach his running goals."
