SELF-CONCEPT

The conception and evaluation of yourself which includes physical, psychological skills and qualities which make us who we are. Also called self-appraisal; self-assessment; self-evaluation. A strong opinion about one's self.

SELF-CONCEPT: "A self-concept will influence judgement, mood and our behaviour patterns."
