SENSE OF EQUILIBRIUM

the sense that maintains our balance while doing different actions. Also called equilibrator sense; labyrinthine sense; static sense; vestibular sense. The sense of equality is another term for the same sense.

SENSE OF EQUILIBRIUM: "Our sense of equilibrium gives us our balance to walk, sit and stand."
