SLEEP HYGIENE

These are techniques for people suffering from insomnia. These patterns are to make sleep better, like less caffeine during the day, no napping and keeping a sleep diary. These are special techniques used for the behavioural treatment.

SLEEP HYGIENE: "In sleep hygiene, the bed is only used for sex and sleeping."
