SPEECH DISORDER

the name given to any disorder of speech from poor hearing, poor sound creation and many other factors. See communication disorder; language disorder; motor speech disorder; voice disorder.

SPEECH DISORDER: "Speech disorder covers a wide range of reasons why a person has a speech impairment."
