Is a phenomenon of perceiving a sequence of sound as unit. Object. Under certain situations, number of streams may be perceived nearly simultaneously, as in musical counterpoint. Read about fission also.

STREAMING: "While listening music one can hear a sequence of multiple tones at a time but considers them as a whole. This is streaming."
