It is a type of learning group that enables all of the participants to develop better interpersonal skills and solve interpersonal problems by doing assignments, exercises, activities, tasks and practises.

STRUCTURED LEARNING GROUP: "A person can learn how to develop better interpersonal skills by taking part in structured learning group."
