SUBLIMATION

In the psychoanalytic theory, it is a defence method which result from the unacceptable aggressive and sexual drivers but it become acceptable socially. Such unacceptable will lead to new and learned behaviours.

SUBLIMATION: "The sublimation is used to protect people from having substitute satisfactions or to protect the individual against the anxiety that it is caused by the primary drive. "
