SYMBOLIC THINKING

individual's aptitude to think in symbols, ideas, hypothetic terms which is then expressed in verbal way, as artistic form, in language or math. referred as symbolic thinking in psychology.

SYMBOLIC THINKING: "Symbolic thinking is present from the ancient age, as small statues of woman were symbolic way of representing female fertility."
