framing group: a form of experiential group, generally comprised of up to a dozen or so individuals, regarding fostering the development of "fundamental abilities," like effective leadership and correspondence, and modification of outlooks. T- group training was cultivated by the National Training Laboratory in Group Development within the late 1940's and stemmed from Kurt Lewin's work within the region of small-group dynamics. Even though , at times, utilized synonymously with encounter group, the stress is less on personal development and more on sensitivity training and logical interpersonal abilities.
