TAY-SACHS DISEASE (TSD)

an autosomal recessive disorder affecting Ashkenazi Jews in central and eastern Europe. The person who has deficiency of enzyme hexosaminidase can develop this autosomal recessive disease. C>M2 is accumulated in all tissues.
