TELEOPERATOR

a remote-controlled tool or system which changes the operator's physical abilities while staying immediately reactive to their management. Some teleoperators are modeled to mimic the bodily motions of the operator. Teleoperators are utilized underwater, in space, on high buildings or other structures not within reach, and in risky jobs.

TELEOPERATOR: "The teleoperator died while working last month."
