a sexual difficulty that does not meet diagnostic criteria for sexual dysfunction or any type of sexual deviancy. In the DSM-IV-TR such disorders are categorized as sexual disorder not otherwise specified.

ATYPICAL PSYCHOSEXUAL DISORDER: "An atypical psychosexual disorder is one in which the symptoms present do not fit with the diagnostic guidelines, and must be given a not otherwise specified label."
