BODY NARCISSISM

n. in psychoanalytic theory, refers to an extreme and erotic fascination with one's own body. Among males, the penis is confused with the whole body and it becomes all-important. Driven by self-interest, the condition is characterized by much vanity and conceit.

BODY NARCISSISM: "Body narcissism can lead a man on an endless chase and competition for the sexiest, most well-sculpted, and most virile body."
